Cartridge works perfectly. No problems with installation. Great printing, no smudges. A UPS drop off label for recycling my old cartridge was included and I reused the box my new cartridge came in to return it. I think it's great when a company as large as HP is concerned about landfill waste and offering a recycling alternative.

Rather than have to stand in line for this product it was shipped with perfection . When the printer cartridge came, I simply opened it and removed it.
