Mediocre at best
This item seems ok, it’s comfortable enough, fits well and you inflate it to your desired level of comfort. The “issues” for me are a) the instructions that came with it are for a different but similar item. The instructions specifically talk about a blue mechanism similar to what you would see on a hospital saline drip - the problem is mine doesn’t have that. So the instructions are partially useless. b) the ball valve on mine doesn’t do anything. I can full undo it but it doesn’t let any air out - it’s effectively pointless. c) there’s what I assume is a ball bearing near the top of the pipe which I gather is so that you can move the ball bearing into the pipe/tubing, then remove the hand pump. The idea being that the ball bearing prevents air getting out. This doesn’t work either, the air just pushes the ball bearing back onto its recess then deflates. A little disappointed but once inflated - leaving the hand pump in place, it does at least help a little bit
