Info that you really need !
The media could not be loaded. Difficult without instructions, but figured it out. The plastic ‘key’…push down through top two holes and simultaneously slide the top cover forward, see video This opens it up to fill up. To remove the whole lower front, in order to screw it to the wall, there is a smoke coloured lug underneath the push button of the dispenser. Push this backwards to release the body. See photos. Hope this helps !
