Bigger than I expected
Kevin is my favourite character from a Pixar movie. I know... He doesn't even talk but the design, the personality and all the concept I love, so I needed this like all my life. Every detail and every single part that you can move is amazing, materials are really nice. The only thing is that the box got ruined of even as the product was opened before me, but the content was perfect.

Nicely executed, endearing and fuzzy
I’m really happy that Mattel has released these Pixar Spotlight series collectors figures. They can be had at a reasonable price if found at retail and they have beautifully sculpted details and vibrant paint apps. The neck is rubbery and has a wire, but it is too thin to hold its position. The head can turn and has a joint in the beak. The legs have a hinge at the knee and a ball joint at the foot. The wings are on a ball joint. I love that the baby chicks are flocked and can turn their heads! Minor quibble is that the head feathers are so grossly thickened to guard against breakage and they are simply painted. My sample had some scuffs on the beak and the tongue wasn’t fully painted. The retouched the loss with some acrylic paint and added orange paint on the lower beak to match the animated character more closely. I purchased mine when the price dropped to under $18. These at one point we’re going for around $60 because they had sold out. Now I am waiting for Carl and Dug!
