I have started to carry a small waterproof containe with me for hiking and backpacking. It's a nice "safety food" if I eat my regular food and need some extra energy to get to the trailhead and car, or camp for the night.

I ordered two and one came with a broken cap. Kind of defeats the purpose of a sealed container. Taste wasn't that great but would be good enough for a survival situation. Wish it had more protein for the price.
