Good source it have (lactose)
I think it has a lactose content. If you feel gas problems after drinking this powder with a protein shake, don't mix it with milk and try water. Because I get gas problems after taking this with milk, I changed to water, and it's fine now. But if you don't have a gas problem like me, take it with milk. Taste-wise, mixing with milk is good. Water taste is also good, but some don't like that because it is not thicker than milk. This is my review. Quality are good and after drinking this i feel some energy thats all❤️

The product was delicious, however keep in mind that a scoop has 12g of protein rather than 24g like other versions of MB. Perfectly fine for beginners

I don't know if the drink gives a boost, but I like the flavour (chocolate). Helps in bowl movement.

Begginer beware
Muscleblaze products are generally good but this product gave me real gut issues. Honestly made me a fart machine. It's not easily digestable nor mixes well. I have taken small scoops in the beginning too.. and I am not an beginner just had a pause in gym for a year hence thought of trying it out.Honestly go for higher end product iso zero best not pocket friendly but good for gut and muscle growth.
