No viable seeds are possible
According to the literature I found, the Pandan plant is unable to reproduce from seed. Only vegetative reproduction (cuttings, suckers) are possible. There are other plants in this family that can reproduce, but the Pandan that is used in Asian cuisine, cannot. This seller should remove this listing. I have used the report option. Perhaps others will also wish to consider that path. I am very sorry for those who bought whatever they got that will not produce a plant. The problem was apparently not your lack of a green thumb.

pandan seeds - keep for self sufficiency
We use these leaves for dessert and cooking, they're hard to get in certain areas, so I'm trying my hand to grow them from seeds.
