Good value and perfect fit for DR-05x. Zipper seems nice quality. Nice lining inside and should provide adequate protection. Only drawback is the netted area on the top doesn't hold small items well. MicroSD cards and small objects bounce around.

When you put the recorder in just by itself it rattles around a bit so if you’re looking for a case to keep the recorder by itself you may want something different.That being said after I got my windscreen, extra batteries and a data cable in there, everything fit quite nicely.

This is an excellent case. The case material is excellent, the interior is well designed with plenty of space for extra cables and batteries. The quality of the zippers is high. The only minor issue folks should be aware of is this case is about double the height of the DR-05. Tossing it into a regular suitcase is fine. Tossing into a small backpack - means it takes up more room than needed.

This fit myTascam DR-07 perfectly. It's a well- made Eva foam case. Very pleased.

a person has two options on which half of the case to tuck the Tascam recorder into (which is my particular application). When opened, one side of the case has a net that would hold whatever is behind the netting and keeping it from falling out. The other half is just an open half. The recorder can fit behind the netting but it's pretty tight to slide in and slide out of. I'm concerned for somehow bending the microphones at the top of the unit while prying the unit out of the case. I'm a bit nervous about keeping the recorder on the open side of the case for an uncontrolled fall it might have when opening the case and having something slip out of my hands. I do believe this is a very well made case, and should last quite a while and protect my investment. Just on the picky side with the effort to get the recorder in and out of the more protected side of the case. Maybe it will break in after a few months.

The case was a perfect fit. Even room to store some cables and spare batteries in the upper section. Looks very rugged and nicely lined inside with soft fabric.Very pleased with this product!

Are use this for a Taccam DR-05 digital recorder. It’s very sturdy and protective. The recorder fits in one half, and the other half has a webbed pocket that’s great for microphone, power cable, and earbuds. The zipper closure is easy to use and feels very sturdy. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my Tascam-DR05 to protect if from damage. The case is sturdy and holds the recorder firmly and is easy to open and close. It has a place for a cable. Nice and compact and easy to carry in backpack or some other way. I would suggest this item to someone else that is thinking about getting one.
