Q: Is this device completely weatherproof/waterproof?

As long as the clear plastic lid is kept closed over the buttons/controls it will be waterproof. The connector to the waterline from your house will experience some leaking as it isn't the best seal.

Q: I programmed my time and frequency without issue. However, when I press ‘+’ to add a rain delay, nothing happens, why?

It was too hard to set. Did not like the device. Could not set up to operate at separate times. I should have sent it back.

Q: how long is the warranty?

I don’t know but mine is less than a year old and one side does not work

Q: can you set it for specfic days? Or every other day? or is it just days in a row?

You can't pick specific days, like Monday/Tuesday. You can pick every 1 day or every 2 days etc.
