AmishTastes PA Dutch Birch Beer, Protected With High-Density Foam, 12 Oz. (Case of 24)

I grew up in Massachusetts and now live in central Illinois. Birch beer is not available around here. I grew up on this soda and this is the only way I can get a supply.I think the price is a little high but it all depends on how much you want it. I do buy other pop drinks but this is a special treat for me.I think their sales would be better if they would adjust the price down a little. Then I would set up regular shipments and not have a case last me three months.

Tastes exactly like I recall as a teen in downtown Miami at the Royal Castle with 2 miniature hamburgers. I know the "burgers" were $0.15 but I think the BB frosty mug was $0.20. Now it's >$1.30 ea. It's all nostalgia and non-alcoholic. Yeah, I'm an old codger. I get lost in Miami in recent years. The sugar? It's a huge amount!

We can’t get birch beer where we live, so my son likes to order it from time to time. Once, he ordered it, and it came all busted up (it happens) - but he was reimbursed, so no harm done. Both times I’ve ordered this for him, it came in excellent condition. Five stars, even though it’s filled with chemicals and food coloring, but he’s grown, so - his choice. Not for me. lol

Would be better in a bottle but thats price tag is way to high.

I've purchased this Birch Beer many times. The first couple of shipments were not packed enough to handle the shipping and some cans were damaged. However, the last two shipments were packaged differently and all cans made it without any damage. The product tastes as great as it did when I was a kid and lived in Pennsylvania and could buy it at any local store.
