Great product & a great service
I'm writing this review almost 1 month post delivery so that I give best user experience.Was delivered much before the due dateVery well packedVery good material, design, good size, nice colour and very comfortable and relaxing. Mechanical parts looks durable and works well.Seller contacted once order was place to clarify. Mr. Mazher was very humble and helpful to clarify all doubts. I was given complete assistance on installation.Anyone can buy products from "The Couch Cell"

Excellent Recliners for the price!
Great set of recliners at this price point. Pretty solid build and good workmanship with some great customization options offered by the vendor.The sofas arrived sooner than expected and were packed really well. Kudos to the team at Couch Cell!

Super product
Product was delivered on time and the couch cell team contacted me for installation and it was super smooth. Quality is super nice for the amount. Please give it a try if you need good quality recliner at a reasonable price :)

Not a good quality and poor service
I sent two complaints thru Amazon about the poor alignment of the sofas,immediately after assembling. Neither Amazon nor the manufacturer bothered to contact me even after 15 days. I am surprised that the manufacturer has not provided any assembly instructions or a warranty card. Looks like they assume that the customers will accept whatever is supplied. I won’t recommend this product to anyone

Looks good felt little disappointed ☹️ after using
Writing this review after my 5 months of usage.Fabric is okMechanism is goodPocket spring used are not that good as it is not giving the required cushion and comfort now. Feels like sitting on cushioned chair not a recliner.Storage box screw fitting is not proper as it hurts during hand rest on both sides

One of the best Recliner seller
The product is really great and comfortable. The Back support and the size are well designed. The after sell service from the seller is also unexpectedly great, they are humble and polite. For any minor issue the company will personally do contact and dissolve the issue. One of the best recliner seller in Amazon India.
