I've had plantar faciiatis in just my left foot for a few months now, and if you've had it you know it can be very painful and uncomfortable to walk in most of your favourite shoes boots or trainers, so I bought these for extra support, there 3/4 length so they don't fill the whole trainer/ shoe which is good because you feel you still have the room in the shoe, I bought a full length plantar support foot insert and then my shoes felt too tight if you know what I mean so the 3/4 is ideal, just so you don't have to go out and buy new shoes.I have a couple of pairs now of these 3/4 lengths and they have helped immensely with my plantar faciiatis, I do wear them for both feet even though it's just one foot that has the issue, comfortable on the heel and arch, I am just living in my trainers at the moment because its comfortable, you'd have to gage it yourself with others shoes/trainers in what's comfortable for you, presently very happy with the product.

I have a small narrow foot. I wear a uk3.5 in a shoe. So I bought the smallest ones that covered shoe size 3 - 4. This is tiny, the raised arch is in the wrong position. Heel to arch is much too much short. The width is way too narrow as well. So it slides side to side and down the shoe. For me, a waste of money. This insole is definitely for a child with much smaller feet. I wouldn't buy again

Good little supports fit easily in shoes.

I purchased this to help me a bit with my flat feet and to use mostly with slimmer shoes like On, adidas Ultraboosts and HOKA, as another set I had bought was too wide for this type of form.These fit right in, and although I've not done miles in them, the initial feel is very comfortable with a hint of arch massaging (that's how fallen they are). There are no issues with their height, shoes stay in place and as they are less high than I expected, they ease you in to the new feeling. Will probably be buying another pair or two to not have to switch these around.

Both the size of my mum's feet and they don't even make it to the end of the shoe awful item not even supportive.
