A little pricey. These are nice for dress shoes being black and inconspicuous. They provide the needed support. The arch can be adjusted higher by using a hair dryer to heat up the plastic and carefully bend higher.If wanting to use them in a sandal, I attach a small piece of commercial Velcro at the heel. Works great!

Excellent for stabilizing foot if you have a high arch or pronate. This brand used to make a slimer product that fit well in dressier shoes, and I wish I could find that product again. These are fine for casual shoes or boots, and I love the fact that they are 3/4 length. This product is not meant to cushion your foot, it is meant to provide stability.

My foot doctor suggested these for me. Said I was over pronating. I just wanted to know why my foot was sore on the fore front bottom and thought it was a callous forming. I bought them for thirty dollars. The exact same ones. They are great. No more pain! I walk a lot in the summer. I appreciate that these soles have made it possible to increase my walking. Last winter didn't do my figure any good. These fit in my walking shoes under the pad that is already there and do not make the shoes too tight. (That's what the doctor suggested.). I added these to my gym shoes the other day and walked about a mile with no discomfort the first time wearing them. I have had another pair in my walking shoes and walked all over the downtown area all day and pure comfort. They also say they help with Plantar Fascitis. I am glad that I found them cheaper on Amazon. I love Amazon for the helpful reviews and for the fact that they have EVERYTHING.

As stated, this is a good sole. Provides good support and endures longer than any generic arch support.

I have worn these for at least twenty years. I still have the originals, I just wanted more, so I could leave them in various shoes. They are the ONLY things that keep my plantar fasciitis in check. Especially, if I foolishly walk barefoot, and have a flare up. Great arch support!!!

I have four pair of these now, so that I can have them in most of the shoes/boots I wear regularly. If I could afford to put them in every pair of shoes/boots I own, I would! They even work in some sandals. I hate old lady footwear even though I might have old lady feet, these insoles are my solution to that problem. I wear a size 6-6.5 shoe/boot. I buy the size 5-7.5 insole and they work great. I gave them five stars because they are the best I've found, however I would improve them in a couple of ways if I could; 1) I would prefer that they were available in more colors so that they would work with more sandals, 2) I wish they didn't have a tendency to slide out the back of some sandals. They don't slide out all the way, just far enough to be noticable. They should be "felt", not "seen."

I need the Left foot support. There was only the right foot support in the box when I opened it.

These inserts are better than any rubber or full length foam insert. They make a cheap shoe with no Arch support better than an expensive pair. I have a former patent in footwear fitting. I try inserts out of curiosity. I never stopped using these.
