How To Play Bass - Learning From James Jamerson Volume 2: An 80-20 Bass Device Method Book

I have only had a skim through the book and I think it will be a very good follow on from volume 1 and go into more detail about the devices of James Jamersons bass playing. I have several of Pauls books and courses and this one is to the same high standard.

All bass players need resources for learning the instrument. I have tried a few different learning techniques and have found Paul’s books to be one of the best.As well as the book you get access to online content which gives step by step instructions on how to use the lessons.I would recommend this to anyone looking to learn how to play the bass.

Having worked on Volume 1 couldn’t wait to get into Vol2 . Brought it on holiday and not been able to put it down .Some great ideas well explained and I know it’s going to have a big effect on my playing .You won’t be disappointed whatever style of bass you play .
