Very efficient!

Its been almost an month since I've been taking this product, I've taking it on a empty stomach as directed but I still suffer with pain, stuffiness and discomfort of joint movement. I won't be purchasing this product again.

I’m tried of taking 6-10 glucosamine pills everyday just for a little relief. I’ve tried instaflex and it works well, but I gave Arthroflex a shot this month and I can say my knees haven’t felt this good in 10 years. 1 capsule per day has replaced the handful of glucosamine tablets plus the multiple Aleve pills I was taking everyday. Really glad I found this Arthroflex product.

I’ve been active my entire life. Too bad no one told me that being too active when you are younger can lead to joint pain when you are older. I’ve been using for a few months and have noticed that my joints don’t hurt as much. For me it took about a month to really notice the difference.

Ive used both products for about 2 months now, my recovery time has been cut in half and I am back playing basketball and cycling already, true believer. I will stay on Arthroflex from now on to keep my knees feeling better and keeping my ability to stay active with no pain.
