I have had really bad pitting edema for years. My legs always feel achy and sore, even to the touch. Since using these for the past 2 week, I have had hardly any edema at all, and my legs aren't swollen. It is the strangest thing. There is still some slight pain, but no where NEAR what it used to be. I am excited to continue to use these and see how much more my legs and feet improve. I do have neuropathy, and have noticed no change in that condition, but I really didn't think I would. The elimination of the swelling, really helps with the neuropathy pain, though, so in that sense it has helped.

I have never has something work as quickly as this extract supplement. It said 4-6 weeks but I was beginning to feel a difference within 5-6days and at three weeks now the relief is unbelievable. almost all numbness and swelling gone and the tingling is minimal I can wait to see the difference in 3 more weeks. A Doctor gave me these after surgery, and it really helped a lot with the swelling in my foot.He gave me a different brand, a french brand, that is not sold in the US.He told me when I was done with those, I should buy another bottle from somewhere, and continue once a day.So I got this.Same stuff, but damn. this this pill tastes awful.Feels like taking medicine, not just a supplement.Maybe I’m too use to Advil, and other pills with the candy coating.Good for, but bad tasting. Grandmoms would approve.

A bit hard to swollow

I've been using horse chestnut for about a month and wish I had known about it years ago. I still get some aches in my legs, but it is far improved from how they use to feel. I don't really like the taste of the Planetary Herbals horse chestnut, but it's not terrible. To me the taste is like a strong celery-like flavor, I am not a fan of celery and chase the pill down very quickly with water. I've found that this brand leaves a slight after taste but for me the after taste fades pretty quickly, especially after drinking more water.

My other bottle of Horsechestnut root was in vegetable capsules. They were easier to digest and didn’t taste nearly as bad. I don’t know if they are working as well either... I would not buy these again

Have been using for a few years now for vein support. No issues.

My husband takes these for leg cramps and can't do without them. They really do work. These are good quality and an excellent price.
