Worth every penny.
You don't realise how deficient your magnesium is until you start taking a supplement. My sleep has definitely improved in just 10 days of taking two of these tablets each day. Magnesium is a mineral so it can be found in some food but not enough to make a difference. Like vitamin C, your body will only store what it needs and your kidneys remove the excess. Taking it daily means you are keeping the regulated amount in your body. My skin feels a lot better too. Although I slather cream all over my face and body each day, it feels softer. I am so pleased I started taking these. They are excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend them. Even if it helps your sleeping pattern, they are so worth it. The resealable packet keeps them fresh once opened. No extra plastic bottle so good for the planet too. Every little bit helps.

Not sure on these
I have been taking these for a while now and noticed little difference in sleep the reason for buying them.What does concern me is the packing wording and lay out is different than on the Nuke Nutrition website and and some of the photos on here, it even tells me to take mine with breakfast and not 30-60mins before bed.I have stopped taking these and have bought from a known source.

Good quality
Seem to be good quality and I have noticed a difference in my sleep & leg cramps. The only downside is that these have to be the most difficult pills to swallow. They are large but it’s more the shape than that. I regularly take quite large pills but these catch in the back of the throat quite badly like I’ve not experienced before.**Update - the pills are a little porous so have found holding them in the mouth with water for a second before swallowing really helps mitigate size & shape.Extra star added.
