Disgraceful
LG customer service never have I in my 57 years ever come across such poor service , with having two of these freezers one lasting 11 months and replacement last 12 months and two weeks with exactly same issues then to be told we would have to pay for a service repair !!! Which then took them 7 months to sort out and get machine back working omw how disgraceful and to be then told because of poor service they would refund service cost , moving on a month and awaiting refund nothing arrived ?? To then told be told they would only give us half OMG & then it would take two weeks to send an acceptance letter out & 45 days to process the refund such a disgrace for a massive company entire disgrace !!!
