Both Died 1st Season
Both were planted soon after arrival, with plenty of compost in good soil in ideal locations. Sandy loam clear of weeds and stones, moisture-retentive, but well-draining and in full sun. Rhubarb had previously thrived in these positions. They remained dormant over the winter, showed signs of buds in early spring, but each now appears to have died. The fault could lie at this end, but they just don't seem to have any resilience.
