Does not hold wall well
I tried a lot of solutions to wall mount this, beams, steel plates, brick, and wooded back plates. It would tilt too much, we had no confidence in it. The actual product itself is passable, but the lack of instructions and options to mount make it less than desirable product. I ended up buying attachments to my power cage to use instead.

Good quality
Perfect for the cost. I lag bolted 2 - 2x6 boards to the wall and then lag bolted this product to that. The best part is that you can space them out to a custom dimension. Bigger units come fixed.

Suit my needs well
I just finished my basement for a home gym. Two things I knew I would need is a dip station/roman chair and pull up bar. I did design my setup to support these types of things and backed the sheet rock with plywood. Hence, I did not have any difficulty attaching this securely and with the correct spacing. What is there to know? It mounted securely; it supports my full weight without much if any flex (170#). Overall seems to be very well made and an essential addition to any respectable home gym.

Easy install dip station!
Padded elbow design for lower abdominal leg lifts and crunches. Sturdy design to support the body’s weight during exercises. Meets expectations.

Arm rest pads are too short.
Strong enough to hold me up, but the placement of the padding on the arm supports puts uncomfortable pressure on the forearm below the elbow when doing leg lifts.I had to remove the pads and replace them with home-made padding which extended all the way to the back end of the ark support.
