VIKTOS Tactical Weather-Resistant Pocketed 40-Liters Perimeter 40 Backpack, Citadel

This backpack is the best i’ve ever owned and for many reasons.I used it for all of my needs. As a college student I have many uses:-Clothes for gym-School materials-Hygienic products-Stowaway for valuables-Vacation Bag-Camping Bag-Food packingI love the space, compartment, and organization. There’s so many pockets if you are OCD or just a neat freak.The material is very durable and resilient to all the rough surfaces I put it on. The color black is a nice touch. Also it has a metal board on the back so that it stands up right if you place low-medium loads of stuff in your backpack.

First off, I love those bag. I have well over 20 different bags as I use them for work, camping, hiking, range bags, get ho.e bags, etc and this is by for the best! There is plenty of space and the compartments are well though out. It is very durable and will take a beating and keep going. The zippered bottle holders that can expand are genius. My only complaint/criticism is the top zippers mesh compartment in the back admin section is a bit tight and high in the recessed cavity that if you have larger hands, it can be hard to access. Other than that, it is flawless!

This is my second VIKTOS product. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the overall quality of their gear.The good: bottomless storage ability, compartments everywhere, heavy…heavy duty.The bad: the zipper on the laptop compartment was catching and failing. If there was a lifetime guarantee I would have rolled with it…but only a year from VIKTOS and standard 90 days with Amazon.I’m returning the bag…will likely try one again to see if it was a fluke…but just not sure.Truly like everything but that zipper (that I used a lot).

I have multiple Viktos items. This pack is great, perfect for a go bag, big enough for a long hike or getting lost in the woods. All around good stuff.

I bought the 25L version first and don’t get me wrong, awesome back pack, BUT it didn’t open clam shell completely. I thought I could get past that but it turned out to be a dealbreaker. The 40L is far more appropriate for what I was looking for. The concealed carry section of the 40L is on underneath the straps and that made more sense to me rather that on the outside front pocket like the 25L. Kinda like you have a concealed carry section then also a back pack vs it being all out front in the first position someone would look if being snoopy. All in all a great great back pack specially once it’s kind broken in. The only small gripe I have is there’s a lot of mesh pockets inside, which is fine, however the material is not the best. The Velcro from a morale patch tore up some of the mesh. Kind of a bummer 2 days in….. Would like to see some improvement in this area as well as maybe a 30L version set up identical to the 40L.For the money I am a bit disappointed in the quality of materials used inside.(the only reason this isn’t a 4-5 star bag) But overall a great bag. Perfect EDC for those that just want more room than 25L

I LOVE EVERTHING ABOUT IT.THE POCKET LAY OUTS, THE COLOR, THE DURABILLITY, THE FACT THAT IT SITS UP WITHOUT FALLING OVER WILL TELL YOU IT IS BUILT WITH QUALITY MATERIALS. I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL 511 BAGS THAT DO NOT SIT UP AND JUST FALL OVER.IF YOU NEED A BAG FOR WORK, PLAY OR TRAVEL THIS IS THE BAG FOR YOU!

Everything I need for a weekend getaway! I have the Viktos Perimeter 25 as my EDC bag, and I could ask for anything better. The Perimeter 40 is great to pack a few things to go on a flight, take a drive, go camping, etc! Well thought out bag, glad I made the purchase.

Received it today.Many convenient sections and compartments to organize all my stuff.
