I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey for a while now, and it’s by far one of the best protein supplements on the market. The taste is smooth and not overpowering, it mixes easily with water or milk, and it doesn’t leave any clumps. I noticed a real difference in muscle recovery and energy after workouts.The packaging is sturdy, and the scoop is always easy to find. It’s clear this brand focuses on quality and consistency.As someone who reviews products seriously and is interested in working with trusted suppliers, I highly recommend this product and brand. Five stars without hesitation!

This is my FAVORITE protein powder. It tastes AMAZING, has a good amount of protein and is low carb! It's a bit on the expensive side; but it's worth it. I make it with ice, coconut milk and add in some cocoa powder and it's like I'm drinking an indulgent chocolate banana milkshake!! Yummy!

Just a heads up: If you're looking for a weight loss supplement / a meal replacer, this is NOT the product for you! This supports weight gain, look into regular protein shakes if that's what you're looking for instead.Read the side of the container as well: Settlement causes it to look like there's less in the container than there really is. Weighed the container, and I got roughly 2lbs as mentioned, despite it looking half empty.Now, onto the review itself!As other reviews were mentioning, make sure the expiration date is on the bottom and NOT the side, otherwise it's not an authentic product and will probably taste like crap. Check the "scoops" that come with the product too (You really have to dig around with a spoon to find it).As for mine, I received an authentic product with 0 problems.So I don't have a blender or shaker.. YET. I mixed this with a spoon, and let me tell you it worked out pretty well! It still has chunks, so if you don't have a shaker or a blender yet, definitely accept this fate lol. I'd recommend purchasing a shaker! Amazon has some that are roughly $10.I know stuff like this isn't supposed to taste too great, but WOW this surprised me. I didn't want vanilla or chocolate because I'm getting very tired of those flavors and wanted to try something new. Pick something you'll be comfortable with for about a month or two. I read another review saying it tastes exactly like a banana laffy taffy and wanted to test this, and is absolutely does. If you just chucked a bunch of banana laffy taffies and blended them in milk, that's exactly what it tastes like.So that being said, it's a VERY strong artificial banana flavor, mildly sweet- but not overwhelmingly sweet. Genuinely, you can't even tell this is a protein supplement, and that's all I care about.I will be buying more of these in the future and trying out the other flavors, but overall I'd give this a solid 7/10. I'm not a banana guy myself, so I wasn't expecting to love this at the start.Blew my expectations though. I'd love to try the cookies and cream one some day.

I can't say much in regards to the quality of the product as I have no way to test that. But I can say I feel better when I drink a glass in the morning, and the Banana Creme is the best tasting one I have ever had. Start with the smaller size at only $25 that will give you a good idea what you are getting and allow you to try several flavors. I hear some of the flavors are hit and miss, but the banana creme is great if you enjoy those flavors.

I was so afraid to buy a banana protein product because I was sure I wasn't gonna be able to replace my other banana protein shake product, but this is definitely did.It's a on the sweet side, but what I do is I add about a half of the banana whey and then I do half of plain whey protein. It's a little carb heavy at 4 g per scoop but when I cut it with my zero carb plain protein, it's only 2 g then I can add all my favorite things and save a little bit on the carbs.I don't use a handshaker I always use a blender and I used two cubes of ice and I use a nut milk and it comes out really delicious and fruffly!I also add a quarter cup of ground flax to it. This combo has lowered my blood pressure 12 points in one week I kid you not!!!!But that was most likely from the magnesium in the flaxseed, and the magnesium glycinate supplements I take morning/evening but it really helps to cover the gross taste of the flaxseed, so I don't even taste them. Win!

Bought this Banana flavor due to HUEL stop making Banana. I got two - banana and chocolate. Both flavors have no real flavor. Just a hint of banana. And just a hint of chocolate. I will say it doesn’t upset my stomach like some protein powders. Probably won’t but again due to lack of flavor.
