Looks good, sturdy and can be used as a cutting board or as a cheese board, not to big in size and easy to wash down after use just remember not to soak it in soapy water or it might warp very good value for the money.

For the discounted price, durability at first glance, and overall quality, a good buy for us !The design tells you it isn't just a block of wood that was cobbled together, thought has gone into designing this, it has a small channel carved towards the edging all around that catches juices while carving something like tomatoes.The size of this is good for us for small vegetables cutting and chopping. We already have carving and cutting boards for different meats, fishes, etc.The quality is durable for our needs, made of bamboo which feels hard and dense, similar to a small tough chopping block. It's what we wanted, good for the price and our needs.No wooden chopping or carving block or board will ever be immune to ending up getting scarred or have knife marks, but with a really sharp knife, and good quality ripe veg', there shouldn't be any need to have to end up forcing a knife through the veg' and into the board ! It should have a good long life ! And if not - provided it's still at a great discount through Amazon - we'll just buy another if the time ever came !Delivery from Amazon was brilliant as usual ! Very good quality and a handy size - large but not too much so. The only criticism I have is that the chopping board requires special oil for maintenance, and it should have been made clear right from the outset that the board should be bought together with the oil.
