For the money that is being paid, it is not worth . I have taken this for the past 7 days and hardly find any improvement. Some times it makes to feel that the product could be spurious .

One of the best multivitamin tablets I am have used till now. As going to gym I need some tablets on daily basis & it's been 1 week that I have used this tablets. Working great & definitely a good buying option
