These are so elegant looking, also bigger than I thought. I ended up purchasing 2 one with two trays and one with three trays.

This Chafing dish looks great, is great quality, easy to use and clean and is game changing for hosting buffet style. Keeps dishes warm without making them soggy or gross. Will be purchasing more liner size options and possibly a second one. Love this thing!

We just had a huge celebration for our daughter graduating from college and ordered this chafting dish. I had others at the party, but this one was clearly in a whole other category! I love that there is a clear window, so people can see what’s being served, and also the top just rotates back rather than having to lift up a lid and try to figure out what you do with it while you’re serving your plate. It also looked very elegant on our buffet table!I had a minor issue with the handle being crooked, I decided to reach out to the seller rather than going through Amazon, because I didn’t really feel like returning it as it is quite large and I didn’t have time to exchange it before the party. I have to say, in all my interactions with customer service over the years this was by far the best. They were very quick to respond, resolve the issue, and exceeding my expectations by far. If you need a fancy chafing dish, this is definitely the way to go!

The product arrived quickly. Great quality, easy to clean. Although we will be using this product for hot foot mainly. The reason we bought it now is that we used it during our memorial day BBQ in the backyard to keep our foods with mayonnaise and cheese cold like cole slaw, potato salad and vegetable and feta salad. We put ice on the bottom and it kept the food cold. We only had to replenish the ice once the whole day and it was very hot outside. Also, I loved the window to allow guests to see the food content inside unlike the traditional chafing dishes where you have to lift the covers to see the contents. The roll top cover is very easy to open and you don't have to look for a place to put the cover down like on a table while you scoop out food, the cover rolls right up. Also, I feel the roll top cover is great to keep the pesky insects/flies away from the food too! Love this product and looking to purchase one more in the near future!

The description and video were all very precise. I ordered 4 chafing dishes and they were delivered on time with all pieces and not damaged. The assembly was quick and simple. We used it for an all day bridal shower and the food stayed warm the entire time. We loved the roll-top cover with window to keep the food warm and protected. It was worth the price but could definitely have been better if it were $10-20 cheaper. Dislike the stickers on the front that we didn't try taking off since we read other reviews that it still left an ugly residue.

We got two of these to setup a Christmas buffet and they worked great! They are easy to setup, use, take down, and clean.The window to see the contents without opening the lid is sort of nice, but it's dark inside and hard to see details so we found the windows to be more of a gimmick.Storing them is a challenge because they're bulky by design, but that's simply the nature of the product.Overall we love these things and highly recommend them. I've been considering getting something like these for years, and now that I've got them I wonder why I waited.Highly recommended.

Update: Customer support reached out and it has been a very pleasant experience as they were super kind. They sent out a replacement for use right away. I received it within two days. They have been super helpful and the unit I got was in great condition. The quality is still worth what you pay for! Definitely recommend as it is perfect for any catering occasion or family gathering.The box the product came in was in great condition everything was packed nicely, so im not sure if I just got a defective one with a chipped window. It's very beautiful and big exactly what I was looking for to use.

The product itself ( if it had been a new item as advertised) is great. Attractive, lightweight, size and capabilities exactly as advertised. However, if I had wanted a used or refurbished item, I would have knowingly chosen that route. As it is, I am highly disappointed in this clear scam by the seller. To add insult to injury, I found a beard hair in one of the food pans. So gross! Do not buy from this seller!
