OUTSTANDING cover for a Ryobi 2300 generator
The media could not be loaded. I live in an apartment in New Orleans. After losing power for four days last summer because of Hurricane Zeta, I vowed to be prepared for a power outage for the 2021 hurricane season. I put a lot of thought into my generator set up.I chose the Ryobi 2300 inverter generator for several reasons, including, its size, fuel capacity, quietness, but above all, its Bluetooth remote electric start and app. The generator was my gateway into the Ryobi ecosystem of their batteries, chargers, tools (including lights, fans, and inverters -- all crucial during prolonged power outages).I'm disabled with limited mobility and hand strength. The 4' Gorilla Cart holds my generator, chains, locks, and extension cords. The cart makes setting up a breeze since all I need to do is roll the cart down the ramp out of my apartment, lock the generator and cart to the post, then roll the cords into my apartment.A crucial piece of my generator set up is the cover. I needed a cover that fit my generator, allowed it to be controlled via Bluetooth, and gave excellent access to the front panel, manual electric start button and pull handle, and the gas cap on the top. The IGAN Small Inverter Generator Tent Cover does all of these things superbly! Look at the photos. I took them after Hurricane Ida knocked out the power to the entire New Orleans area. My neighborhood was luckier then most. We only lost power for 5 days and nights. For most of that time, I ran the generator with the cover on.The cover was super easy to set up. It came with a bag of stakes and paracord lines for securing the cover to the ground. I bought a pack of bungee cords. The grommets in the generator cover are heavy duty, as is the waterproof material out of which the cover is made. Another useful thing about my cart is it makes it super easy to secure the cover with four bungee cords. It stayed in place during the post-Ida storms. The last image of my set up was taken during one such storm at night refueling. The pump is another Amazon purchase I recommend enthusiastically. The last image I uploaded is a graphic from the Amazon product page for the IGAN Small Inverter Generator Tent Cover. The graphic states that the cover does not work with the Ryobi 2300 generator. The graphic is wrong. As my pictures of the cover in use clearly show, this cover will most certainly work with the Ryobi 2300 generator. The only "problem" I have encountered with the cover is that I cannot swap out the starter battery (on the front) while the cover is on. The reason for this is because the battery cover is blocked by the bottom of the cover on the front. This is not really a problem since all I need to do is unhook the two bungee cords on the front and lift the front of the tent up, swap out the battery, then lower the tent and resecure it.This is an outstanding generator cover for a Ryobi 2300 generator. My specific model is the RYOBI RYI2322E. The dimensions are L25.1 x W13.3 x H18.4 in. If your generator is built like mine and has similar dimensions or smaller, this cover will probably work even if the graphic says otherwise.

Well designed, well built , perfect for y Honda generator
After using ply wood tents and various tarps, I finally found exactly what I needed, this IGAN generator cover. This cover is well designed and well built of quality parts. Very easy and simple instructions with big photos. Took maybe 5 minutes to assemble. The tent has many access points for easy access to the generator, closed either by velcro or buckles. There is a generous exhaust opening as well. This is a perfect fit for my Honda EU2000i generator and will be great in nasty conditions and I will know the generator is safe and dry. I will place it under deck steps to protect from wind and rain. A lot of people mention the price..I think it's fair as it's well built and solves a big problem for me. Great product!

Heavy duty materials - much better than most regular people tents
Heavy duty materials - much better than most regular people tents, like a vinyl covered heavy duty fabric with reinforced seams and pull points. Easy assembly. It comes with a storage bag but the bag is light weight (cheap, but functional). I really like the rigid covered opening for the exhaust. Plenty of extra rope for 4 stake tie downs and 4 rope tension adjusters included. Reflective silver striping on bottom edge. Also reflective rope for flashlights to prevent tripping over tie down ropes at night. The only thing I changed was to add additional velcro on the side flap vertical sections and a velcro tab above so I can stick the side flap in the open position. Given the cost of a regular people tent I think this is very reasonable at around $100 because most of the cost is in the sewing labor and special parts like connectors, etc. more so than just based on the ft2 a area of materials.

Well Made
There are few choices when it comes to shielding your small generator from the weather elements that knocked out your power to your house and, of course, your generator cannot be placed near the house and especially not in the garage. This tent cover is well made and should last a long time. It also supplies plenty of room (without being too big) for my Honda EU2000i generator. Assembly is fairly fast and it has needed flaps for accessing the generator. I do have one important complaint.......it does not have a floor nor does it have any way to keep the cover over the generator in high winds such as maybe some straps that go from the bottom of one side, then under the generator and then attach to the other side. Instead you have four attachment points for the supplied ropes that then go to provided metal stakes, pretty much how you would secure a camping tent to stakes in the ground. My problem is that the plug for my generator to power my basement electrical panel is located on an exterior wall surrounded by a paver patio. How do I put these four metal stakes into a cement paver patio? It cannot be done so I am going to have to figure out a way to secure this tent cover to the generator without the generator rubbing against it or the exhaust melting it. I have 27 days left to come up with a solution or else I will have to seriously think about returning it.

Does the job!
Easily fits over my Generac Gp2200I. Very easy to assemble. Seems to be very well constructed and should hold up well during Upstate NY storms. Like others, I wish it was easier to store, but not a big deal for me. The generator is kept in the basement and I will leave this assembled and use it as a dust cover during storage. Think it's high priced? Try to make something at home that does the job this well, is light weight and easy to use for similar money.
