I am regular customer of biogrid from the beginning of pandemic. Recently mask quality was slightly lower than expected. Feed back was given to them. They responded very nicely and now new set of mask are of high quality, good material and providing good sealing effect without air leaking.. Best, affordable and quality item. For thinner faces like me, the mask does not fit well, leaves gaps therefore I can't use it. My mother uses it, fits her well, the product is well made, good material but the elastic could be better. Would like it if size selection was available.

The mask is overall of good quality, it fits over face snugly, the straps are neither too tight nor too loose. It is a well built mask with proper certifications. One concern is that most each of these mask is packed in a separate plastic package, while this may be good from hygiene point of view, results into extra plastic waste. Also, when the mask is taken out of the mask you can smell strong chemical odour. Better to take the mask out of the covering 24 ours before using it.

The product is very old and mfd date is mention on whole packet and inside loose packet is totally vary. There is mention best before 3 years from manufacturing. But all this mask packet does meet the condition of date.
