Recharged!
I have a hand held vacuum cleaner that never really performed well from new. One day I found it had died, so I thought what was to loose by taking it apart. Well I found the battery pack, looked up the number on the battery and ordered it from Amazon purley on best price. Fitting was easily achieved with soldering the connections. I cannot believe how good the vacuum cleaner is now. It was never that good when new. The battery performance now lasts a decent lenght of time and does not need charging after every use.So to summarise, if you are familiar with electrics and can solder this is a first class battery and saved me money on a new vacuum.

Drill back operational with rebuilt battery pack
Batteries arrived OK and on time, individually boxed and wrapped.Do check the battery voltage before using, one was low but charged OKDrill battery pack rebuilt successfully, bit fiddly aligning the tabs and drill now working again.Lot cheaper than replacement battery pack (if it was still available).

Repair of old battery operated electric drill.
These batteries were used to replace the original batteries in an electric drill, the originals no longer holding their charge. I had to make up a new assembly of 15 batteries by soldering thin wires to the battery tabs. So far the drill is now working.

No where near the stated capacity
I bought these to replace the cells in 2 battery drills. They were packaged well with each one individually wrapped in bubble wrap in its own little box. A little instruction leaflet was provided stating that the cells should be fully discharged before use. I did this using a pretty advanced RC car charger/discharger down to 1.0V per cell. However after putting the packs together, the drills seems to have very little torque compared to before (even with the old battery pack that would only last a short time in one of the drills)I had 2 of the new cells that I did not use so did a repeated discharge / recharge cycle, 10 times, at 0.1C charge and 0.1C discharge rates. The first few cycles were around 700mAh and the best was around 950mAh. After another 10 cycles there is no improvement on 950mAh.Basically these batteries are NOT 1800mAh even after multiple gentle cycles and are not worth the money. Not sure how these can be sold at 1800mAh and I would send them back but they are now all solderes into the battery pack and I doubt they can be returned (To be fair I have not asked to send them back either)I bought both white an purple cells and there seems to be no difference in performance...
