I did not dislike any thing about the product, I purchased wrong item.

These made my supply drop. They didn’t work for me

I am often hesitant when a supplement is tablets, rather than capsules, but I've been taking this got several weeks, and have experienced no offensive tastes or smells. The tablets are of a reasonable size, and easy yo swallow. Across the board, it's a high quality supplement.

This is one of those herbs that you really cant pin down. It is called an adaptogen, which will assist you in so many ways, but not in a really big way, but a gentle way. It is asparagus root, and I love asparagus and grow it, but don't dig up my roots, as I love the tubers. Great way to get the benefits without having to grow it my self. My husband on the other hand doesnt tolerate asparagus well, but still eats it any way, so this is not a good fit for him (more for me, he also cant eat oxylates as well). I take them in the morning with other supplements.

I'm satisfied with packaging. It's properly sealed and the expiry date is way into 2026 - love that. Awaiting to see the amazing results 😊
