this is the best cheese i have ever tasted. i had bought it for casseroles, but i am afraid there wont be much left, my family has decided that everytime they open the refrigerator that it is also time to just take "a little" taste and by now there is not much left to use and i have to reorder. but this cheese tastes divine and have to reorder shortley. well worth the money. excellent product

Excellent. The real deal.

I bought this to improve my diet and found it improves every meal. I use it in salads, shrimp, and veal parm. Nothing U.S. made can compare! Ignorance is bliss, although it will kill us. You are what you eat! Kraft has a patient on it's sawdust sold to American's!

Because I prefer to eat parmiggiano with fruit or in salads, this cheese was perfect. I would not advise 18 month aged for grating as it is still to soft.The order came swiftly and was in safe packaging.

This was my first time trying freshly grated parmesan cheese from Italy. The product was very fresh, because of the vacuum sealed package. The flavor is robust. I love to put cheese in my eggs and pleasantly found I only need half of what I normally put in my recipe. I give this 5-stars in all categories except price. But it's not their fault everything's crazy expensive right now.

Have to eat the real thing ! Never ever will buy the U.S. brands with their paremesan imitations complete with cellulose filler. Do it right or don't do it at all.
