This works. It’s a bit of a pain to set up. It digs into my chin, so I need to put a microfiber towel between my chin and the sling.

I bought this for my dad, a 6'4, 260 lb dude - so he's got a big melon. Full transparency there.He said overall the product works well with one minor setback being the straps used to fasten your head in are a bit short and hard to strap. If the straps were a bit longer, it would meet the needs of larger people.

Tried so hard to like this but finally gave up. It is cumbersome to set up and worse to try to use. Even with a second person to help get it on properly (many times), it just doesn't do the job as I expected. In addition, the fit of the head piece is not good. Even though it can be adjusted it never seemed quite right.

My chiropractor suggested I get this. The instructions are terrible. It is virtually impossible for one person to set up by themselves - especially if you have any neck issues. Couldn't even figure it out with another person helping. Took it to my chiropractors office to see if he could figure it out - he couldn't either.Sent it back.

Works great. Used 10 pounds of weight and 20 minute traction sessions!

Ordered this for my MIL as requested by her doctor she was able to use it some, but I don’t think it was really what she needed her issue ended up being something more.
