wonderful
Been using this pole for about half a year somewhat consistently and it's stood up well! If you're not looking to buy a really expensive pole I'd definitely consider buying this one as you'll only have to upgrade when you feel like it. I'm about 140 lbs and have only had this pole fall once with me on it though I quickly realized this was due to the pole loosening over time. if you use it everyday probably just tighten it once every month or so and you'll never have an issue! 10/10

It’s good
I would only recommend this pole if you are just starting out and don’t know if you’re serious our not. I’ve had the pole for about two months now and I didn’t know about the material of pole the steel one is so slippery I can barely stay on but it does help with strength. I wouldn’t recommend trying invert moves on this pole for safety reasons but if installed properly upright moves are perfect

How do I order replacement parts?
Love it. But how do I order replacement screws? I have moved several times and the last time I took it down, I accidentally stripped one of the screws?

Pole does not spin
I normally don’t write reviews like this, but I feel it’s important for others to know. I’m returning this pole because it does not spin as advertised. I followed the instructions exactly as outlined in the manual, and at no point did it explain how to switch between spin and static mode. After assembling the pole, it became clear that, due to how it’s manufactured, it is not actually designed to spin. It’s extremely frustrating to purchase a product expecting certain features, only to discover that they’re either falsely advertised or missing critical components needed for proper function. Very disappointed. Buyers beware.

An affordable option!
I used to have an X-Pole nearly 16 years ago (actually, had two of them). I wanted to get back into it (for fitness and fun) but didn't want to drop a few hundred dollars. I had concerns that this wouldn't work in my space, as I have carpet - but it DOES work and has held strong with no slipping.I am a bigger girl (size 14 and over 200lbs) and this holds. Now, I haven't done upside down moves yet, as I want to get a mat (since I broke my tailbone 15 years ago doing this and now at 40 I am afraid to break anything lol), but this pole is really sturdy if installed properly. I also have a child that likes to run and swing on it, and climb it, and it doesn't budge!!If you're looking for an affordable option to get into pole fitness, this is a great option! I just wish the bas was smaller (sometimes I stub my toe) but a mat around the base will eliminate that. Oh.. and if you are using on carpet, please invest in knee pads... carpet burns are NOT fun haha!

Strong Foundation | Good design
This particular make/model shows a very good build quality, with the incorporated spin mode. As a mechanic on the side of my main day job, sturdy construction of ANY rotating mass (especially one you are wholly dependent on remaining stable!!) satisfies the safety first component. I did take the time to peruse the bearings, suspension and weight balance (as this is essentially a vertical "driveshaft" in the spin mode) of the pole. Installation was super easy for me, and as I write these words, I do so with all the respective components of my body intact.Basic instructions are clear, not too much to question there. This particular manufacturer was also nice in terms of being generous with the CORRECT mounting hardware, matched toolset, bearing types, locking components and all the intense amount of physical science that goes into creating any one of these lifechanging devices.Pole dancing is a complex science and art and a wide array of concepts are implied, the first being a parametric oscillation system with imperfect parameter adjustments that could imply a MASSIVE sideloading torque on the pole that if it wasn't made well, it would be a final affair for you! Do heed the warnings on this topic; there is an upper limit on any weight-bearing system in terms of instable sideloading; this one has most of it covered as it was apparent that the topic was covered in the safety part of the design.I would not hesitate to set up another of these anywhere else. I have put considerable load on it in the meager four days I have been on it after I finished the installation and checked my work. I am still intact!

Is there a way to make the pole faster/slower?
It's a okay pole I don't really think the spin is that smooth but it's sturdy & wasnt too hard to put up & also is there not a way to make the pole spin faster/slower?
