Tiny product
I don’t like that it’s super tiny which I read in the reviews before purchasing but didn’t think it was that small. Other than that Great product it does help a lot with firmness in the pole. Helped a lot with my grip and to pull myself up. When you first apply to hands it has a sticky wet feeling so I had to clap a few times and wait like 10 seconds to let it dry, it does get really sticky afterwards so It does work. Smells like glue, comes off nice and easy after washing hands

VERY GRIPPY NOT TACKY. AMAZING.
works really well with my powder coat lupit pole!! learning at home and it is sooo grippy. its nice too because it isnt a tacky sticky type of grip. I do have sweaty hands and live in a colder climate and it works amazing for me and on my pole. got my first actual spin trick down with it. wayyy better than using alcohol to clean it between tricks.

Not good for pole dance.
It did work for grip in the first 5mins, (pole dancer here). But it leaves a sticky residue, which is super hard to get off the pole, transfers to clothes, and when my palms sweat it gets slippery and makes grip harder. Would not purchase again. I got a different chalk based one that smells like peach instead.

Great for grip strength training
I swear by this. Best grip I’ve used. It is very strong so be careful about pole burn.

iTAC2 Sports Grip - Not Adhesive and Irritates Hands
Pros:- Small Size easily fits in pocket to reapply.- Sturdy jar that will hold up- Waxy Solid so it does not spill if jar is tipped over.Cons:- Very expensive for the amount of material you get.- Material does not have a tack so it doesn't increase grip on obstacles like bars, rings, or climbing holds.- Material is irritating to non-callused skin. Feels like a caustic burn.I purchased this iTAC2 sport grip to determine if it would give me better grip on Ninja obstacles and for use during Obstacle Course Races (OCR's) where some of the obstacles get wet and dirty so they are slippery. I took the product to the gym to test it against other grip improvement products in dry controlled conditions.iTAC2 sport grip comes in a small jar. The form is a waxy solid like lip balm or deodorant sticks. If the product had actually worked, I would have asked the manufacturer if they could make the product in a dispenser like a deodorant stick. At it was, I just scooped a small amount out on to a finger and applied it to the inner surfaces of my fingers and upper palms with special attention to my fingertips where I need the most grip improvement. The iTAC2 sport grip does not need a dry time which is nice compared to other spray on sport grips which require some time to dry out the aerosol carrier solvent. The sport grip is also non-tacky so my fingers did not stick together or leave a sticky residue on the obstacles like rings or bars.iTAC2 sport grip is not tacky to the touch. it does offer a marginal improvement for gripping on rings, monkey bars, and maybe salmon ladders where the grip comes from maximum surface area of the palms and whole fingers. Unfortunately, it also does not improve the finger grip or friction on things like climbing holds (cliffhanger), cannonballs, nunchucks (vertical rod grips) where only the finger tips or less than half the finger is in contact with the obstacle. iTAC2 sport grip just isn't that grippy or adhesive. I also tried it on one hand for a dry, hands only rope climb and could not tell any difference between the grip with and without the iTAC2 sport grip. The material also does not work at all to improve grip on wet obstacles. If anything, it made my hands more slippery on wet obstacles. As a final observation, I accidentally got some of the iTAC2 sport grip on the sides of my fingers (between the fingers). Not on the palm sides of my hands with calluses. I experienced irritation that felt like chemical burning on these portions of my skin which were not callused. It was bad enough that I had to quickly wash the iTAC2 off the area with repeated soap and water washings. In conclusion, the iTAC2 does not offer much, if any, improvement in grip on obstacles where there is full finger/.hand contact and basically no improvement with minimal surface area contact. It does not offer any improvement in grip to wet surfaces - it is actually a detriment. iTAC2 is irritating to non-callused skin surfaces. I do not recommend you buy this product. Try products like Stickum, Pretape, or Firm Grip sprays which do improve grip significantly.
