If you're expecting a NIST primary standard calibration certificate, expect to spend more than $50 for a torque wrench - upward of 10 times that. Those that would need that kind of certification would be dealing with things like the space probes and manned spacecraft, nuclear subs (Subsafe program) nuclear weapons and military stealth aircraft -- not your automobile valve cover or clutch spring screws.

I dont get an audible click, it just breaks free (tactile) at the right torque..should i get a click ?

I also went to Tekton's website and looked up this torque wrench (TRQ21101) and they say "When the wrench's preset torque value is reached, a simple and reliable mechanical operation inside the handle produces a click you can hear and feel, alerting you to stop applying force".

where do you set 71in lbs?

Hold the lock collar down and turn lower handle until the inch pound marker reaches 70 in lbs and is aligned with “0” on the tenths row(top row of sleave collar). Next, rotate the tenths row to “1” centered with the vertical of the main scale.

Does this have a warranty? Mine is way out of calibration and i cant safely use it on my carbon fiber bike anymore.
