Does not specify if it's a pre workout protein shake as it has caffine and tea, with l carnatine, what's the extra energy for after the workout.if its a post workout shake?????

The product tasted like a substandard quality of whey, have already used the same product in past but quality has degraded and taste it feels like spoiled milk choclate
