A+ customer service
They are a good solution to an outdoor shower mount. Ordered a used set and only received one piece. I was immediately sent a new set and tracking info. It's my opinion that less shipping is a kinder solution for the environment.

Worked perfect
I used this to connect 1/2 inch pex female adapter to the female G 3/4 fittings on a thermostatic mixer faucet. Perfect fit and easy to install.

Review
Product is well made, but didn't work for what it was suggested for by Amazon and the manufacturer. Not the same thread as the faucet to secure to the wall.

Threads poor quality
There are so many nics in the threads of this product that you will likely have to use several washers and really tighten the connection for it not to leak.
