can't really judge, couldn't use properly. read positive reviews, but not for me. found it uncomfortable, i probably wasn't using it correctly.

It is well made, though I am still using flat pillows for support, as I didn't find it comfortable and too bulky for my knees. It doesn't support the ankles which I also need . It is ,however, a good firm headrest for when you are reading in bed, so I will be using it for that but if I need to support a leg or foot, then I think it will also be useful.
