It’s higher in fiber compared to maida pasta and keeps you full for longer. The penne pieces are medium-sized and cook well without turning mushy. The texture is firm and slightly grainy, which actually holds sauces better and gives a nice bite. It has a natural light brown to beige color, unlike the usual bright white maida pasta.
