Polarity reversed
Thought this was dead, but measured with a volt meter and noticed that the polarity was reversed. Be careful as this will blow your equipment if it doesn’t have in built reverse polarity protection

Clearly no testing before shipping as this short circuited the very first and only time it was plugged in. Lucky the house RCD turned the power off
