Works fine
The laptop looked new and sleek.Touch screen was very sensitive which is a plusHad no recognisable scratches.Battery lasts up to 5 hours of use

Product Does Not Look New
The description says the product works and looks new. The computer I received was very beat up and even had a light scratch on the screen. The sides of the computer were covered with small chips and scratches. There was even dirt and grime in the side buttons like this was used by a mechanic with greasy hands. I’d say the description was not even close to describing how this would look.

Touchscreen
Touchscreen works beautiful. This is the most fluent device I’ve ever usedUnfortunately some keys Fido not work. Can’t be fixed.

Okay laptop.
The first one I purchased, came damaged beyond use. Customer service was quick to assist and remedy my issue. The problem is, it took quite a bit longer for me to finally receive a replacement. They did offer a small compensation and "accessories" which was only a multi-usb adapter. Overall the computer is pretty nice, just not sure I would purchase again, after going through the process once before.

Either faulty tablet or faulty wires
Shortly after receiving this laptop, the "c" "d" and "e" keys began to periodically stop working every once in a while. Also, This laptop overheats easily, to the point of near burning me. It's either a poorly designed laptop, or it is poorly refurbished.
