Fits a 2016 Kia Sportage perfectly. My check engine light kept coming on and I read it could be due to the gas cap, sure enough my previous cap wasn't clicking properly so I swapped it out for this one and it fixed everything. Check engine light has yet to come back on and the value of money is worth it. Took me 15 seconds to remove the previous one and install this one. I've gotten gas around 20 times now and no issues with the locking mechanism.

Purchased for a 2006 5.7 Ram 1500 with 160,000 miles, I had the "gas cap" warning on the odometer, check engine light, along with a rough start every once in a while. I just did a simple swap, no battery disconnect or anything of the like, and as soon as I started up the truck all warnings went away. I've driven 150 miles and started the truck at least 6 times and still perfect. I give 5 stars for quality, durability, seal, match of the old cap, and locks on nice and tight. So far so good. The gasket on my original was starting to crack, and one of the kids managed to break something in it - (it was rattling inside).This replacement looks very close to the original, and popped right in without issue. I will update if something goes awry, but so far, it is perfect.

It works well enough. The quality and fit work nicely with my car. The lock ability was perfect, just make sure you order the one that fits your car. If not the rubber tether might not be attachable to the gas cap door.

The Dodge pickups have an issue in that their gas-caps don't seal well... and this will cause an engine light. I have replaced my cap twice now and it makes no difference. This cap wasn't any better than precious replacements.Talking to a mechanic, he told me of a lady who had 20 gas-caps tossed in the bed of her pickup... that's how many it took to find one that would seal the spout properly.
