I often leave our cars sitting for a while and have had to jump them.This has helped when needed, although I now attach a small solar panel to keep them topped up.When needed, this worked Great and helped provide the power i needed to jump start the car with hardly any effort at all...So Easy!Only time i had an issue is when the battery was so depleted that the unit did not turn on as it did not detect voltage, but i was able to use another power source to "trick" it into turning on.Ovewrall this is a Great investment so you dont have to reply on others to jump your car if needed.

Good product. I have an older Ford Econoline V8 Van from 1999. It's not driven often event though the battery was replaced a couple of years ago. Went out to start it after about 2 months of non-use and the buzzer didn't even sound when sticking the key into the ignition. I tried hooking up a trickle charger for a couple of hours and while that did provide some power, it wasn't enough to turn the engine over. I ordered this, arrived same day, charged it up which took about 1.5 hours with a high-power Apple USBC charger. Placed on the dead battery, waited about 30 seconds and the van started right up. I noticed the charge on the battery of the charger reduced by about 50% so if you have a large engine or diesel, you may need the higher power unit. It met my needs, and I will carry it with me in the van. I wish the leads were a little longer, but they are long enough to reach the positive and negative terminals of the battery. I think it is reasonably priced if you have a regular 4,6,8cyl vehicle.

I've been having to jump start a car every few days because I need to move for street sweeping. It's been going good and this unit started it every time without fail. Well, that was until today. The battery was totally dead. I connected this unit and saw that the lights were racing or moving, but when I turned the key, not thing happened. Even tried to jump start it from another vehicle. So I went back to my desk and started searching for something with more oomph. I started watching the video on the new product I was going to replace this one with because it has a feature called boost. Then I went and watch the video of the unit I had which is called GBX45 Boost X. It has a button on it called override. So I went out to the car hooked it up, pressed override for a few seconds and voila! The car started very easily. I turned off the unit and the car died, but that battery didn't have enough time to charge, so I will hook up one of those trickle chargers tomorrow. Bottom line.... this is a great jump starter, once you read the instructions!

The NOCO brand seemed to come up in a lot of my searches on various car forums as being a popular choice and for good reason. The build quality is solid, it includes thoughtful features like a 3 mode LED light and in/out charging ports. It comes with charging cables and a storage bag. The device is easy to use and already came in handy on a dead car battery...hooked it up, turned it on, waited for the status lights to come on and an easy jumpstart. Very impressed.

For most people, you won't have any trouble starting your car with this jumpstarter. Works really well and it's convenient to have, super portable and powerful. If your car doesnt have many charging ports, then the once on this jumpstarter will come in handy. However, it looses charge very quickly if you use it to charge your phone or other devices. I charged my friends phone and it lost half it's battery, so be vary of how much you charge your devices with this, don't wanna get stranded because your device took too much of its battery.

My battery on my car was dead dead. Like, wouldn’t even lock with my key fob and none of my dash illuminated when I opened the door dead. I charged this up fully— took only an hour or so because it comes 75% charged— and looked up the instructions online. Between connection and starting the vehicle, perhaps 60 seconds had elapsed. My car is running, the engine turned right over like it was brand new: no clicking, no multiple attempts at jumping, no awkwardly maneuvering another car to get connected with traditional cables. Best part is, you can get multiple jumps per charge, as once I was done, all my lights were still showing fully charged. I will be recommending this to every person I know who doesn’t currently own one.

Bought this for my 1984 Monte Carlo SS. Sometimes I go a while without using it or starting it up and battery dies. This product sparks it right up I also like that you can press a button and force it to work even if it’s not detecting your battery this is good if you have a very dead battery I hate those other chargers that won’t allow you to charge when the battery is to dead. Good quality and worth the money.
