Order was delayed by a couple of weeks but well worth the wait. Poles arrived in good condition. Tips were wrapped in foam for protection. and enclosed in plastic sleeve which was also enclosed by heavy duty cloth sleeve. There were no bubbles or distortions in the poles and the guides were uniform in the winding of the threads securing them to the poles. Everything in the construction of the poles gave the impression that this was a quality item and not some cheap knock off. Mounted Penn 50s and will give them a go over the week end. All that's needed is to hook up with a big one to test the performance.

Purchased 6 of these for my boat. Works great, worth the money and so far very durable easy handles 100-150 halibuts. I like the nice light action

Great pole very sturdy no complaints besides the reel locks come loose when your fighting fish make sure you lock tight it

I'm very impressed with this rod. Seems well made and it passed with flying colors on my first snapper trip of the season. I pulled in 2 reef sharks and 5 large red snapper and it performed flawlessly. I paired it with the kastking reel with line counter and 80lb kastking braid. Relatively inexpensive setup that just works. The only thing I saw wrong is the rubber tail cover was too big and just fell off anytime you moved the rod, but the seller was quick on communication and is sending me a new cover.

Beautiful pole, details on it… couldn’t ask for more. All the line guides are aligned perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for for the type of fishing I’m plannig to do. Would definitely recommend. Feel sturdy but not too heavy. Can’t wait to take it on the water.

BAD QA/QC. Rod received had no roller in the Tip. Found the roller in the box but the attachment screw was missing. Had to take rod to a tackle shop and get it replaced. Have no idea how the rod will work when offshore bottom fishing in 140 to 200 ft of water with 50 # braid on a big grouper or snapper.

Read reviews, kind of worried - got the rods, finish on them was perfect, like it was a custom rod (s) - checked that the eyes lined up to the reel seat, checked all the rollers that they rolled, brought to the boat, put the reels on, locking collars worked fine, everything was good until I noticed the rod was not straight in the rod holder so the line is off to the side with the lures out, not straight out of the tip as it's supposed to be - the GIMBAL BUTT was NOT LINED UP STRAIGHT to the reel seat and the eyes, pity, returning, otherwise they (2) would have been a home run - will try one more time
