Can the spray nozzle be removed and replaced with a standard water hose spray nozzle?

How do you fill the plastic container?

The black handle serves as both the pump and the opening of the bottle. Just twist the handle counter clock-wise to open the bottle. I hope the short video helps!

How would I heat up the water?

When I go out for a surfing session I just put some 100 degree (F) in the bottle, it stays warm for about 4 hours! It's not a good idea to put boiling water in there though! - it's not good for the seals.
