Very nice.
These are nicer than expected - pretty, substantial, perfect size. I was able to roll out dough a bit thinner than normal to make three individual pies in these.

When you want a half-size pie
This Thanksgiving, we cut back on our number of pies, but didn't want to cut back on variety. So, we made half sized versions of some standards. A 6 inch pie plate like these holds half the amount of a deep 9 inch pie plate. These are sturdy, simple, and pretty, and everything baked up well in them. Also great for pot pies!

I am so happy with these pie dishes. They are very good quality and easy to clean. They look beautiful for serving food in them on your dining room table. They have a nice deep blue color. They were packed very well...so well, that I saved the box and the packing material and I put them back in it to store them.

Unfortunately I had to return them because one pie plate was broken. They are, however, very nice looking and sturdy. A very pretty, bright red color. I will be reordering another set then I will update on how well they stand up to baking in the oven.

Just perfect
I use these dishes for pot pies, small pies and cobblers. I love being able to share my baking, but often making a regular size pie or other product for someone who lives alone is just too much. These are perfect for gifting and they are a great size for individual pot pies and present it so beautifully. They have a clean and even cooking surface, are easy to clean and I love the fluted edge! These are a winner.

Buy with confidence knowing they will arrive safe
Wow is all I can say. I was surprised when I opened up the box to find the dishes packed in a extra heavy walled cardboard box wrapped in custom foam packing so even the roughest delivery driver would have a tough time breaking them. After getting them out of the box I was surprised at the quality. Very nice heavy weight with smooth finishes. I can't wait to bake in them.
