Very calming
I have CFS and these are great for helping to calm my nervous system. I use them around lunch, dinner and at bedtime. Amongst other things, these help me sleep well .

Be careful if you have hashimotos
Great product but please be careful if you have hashimotos or other autoimmune issues. I took this and it stimulated my immune system which is already in overdrive which made me feel a little unwell for a couple days. This may affect others differently but this was my experience xx

Not as effective as initially thought.
Considering it's density/strength personally it would appear that this product isn't as effective as a lesser intense product. But all herbal products affect each individuals metabolism differently. So what I my body prefers may be totally different for the next.

Not noticeable
Slight anxiolytic but absolutely no effect on lucid dreaming. 1 cup of holy basil tea and my dream as super lucid.
