Sturdy, comfortable, great quality
I’d already purchased the white version of these chairs for my bedroom a couple of weeks ago and had already had these in my basket for months ready to buy after decorating. They arrived next day delivery by DPD very well packaged. They’re really sturdy and stable but light enough to easily move them.I have spinal injuries hence having these chairs in my dining room which is now essentially a coffee sitting room, I struggle, to find comfortable seats, even my sofa is uncomfortable but these are so comfortable.Theres two reclining positions, half way with feat up but sitting position and fully so you’re almost flat.A lovely thick seat, firmer than the white one but as comfortable. The price is amazing, just over £100 for each chair. They literally take five mins to pu together, firstly the four feet which are tied in under the chair so tip it to find them!! The back then slides on easily and that’s it, job done. They’re compact but seat any size comfortably. I can’t praise the brand and the chairs enough! The brown chairs are a slightly different style to the white, the foot piece on the white is one piece, the brown have two pieces with material in between, also easy to pop the chair down into full sitting position.Very happy customer !

Superb value
Neat and nice looking. Almost totally assembled. Compact but not too small. Seat firm enough to support and leg rest works well. I’m finding it hard to get up from sitting at the moment and the height of this is perfect for me (5ft3in). Really good value

Excellent chair
Excellent chair. Bought this after coming out of hospital and it is very comfortable and also reclines which is great. After having received the first one bought another. Would highly recommend and the price is excellent

Nice to look at but unstable when used
Looks lovely and is comfy. However isn't very sturdy, as someone who could do with losing a few pounds I wouldn't use the recline. When watching my son, who is 10 and as thin as a stick use the recline, the chair is wobbling all over the place. Doesn't look like it'll last long.

a bit squashed looking but lovely
After total refurbishment I needed new furniture. Before I had really big, heavy leather sofa, armchairs etc. This time I went for a more minimalist approach. This particular armchair is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to handle (ie for hoovering underneath); its rather innocuous grey colour is guaranteed to gel with almost any colour scheme, and most importantly it is really comfortable to sit in. The very thick cushion is both soft to sit on as well as being sufficiently firm and supportive. The fabric - I have no idea what it is - looks really durable, and I expect it to keep its looks for many years.I understand it has some sort of foot rest that kicks out. I have no interest in this particular facility, so I cannot comment. It came as a flatpack, and I remember it was incredibly quick and easy to put it together. It has a slightly squashed look which I at first found strange ( I hope it can't hear and has feelings). I am now loving my new armchair. I would recommend it to those with a minimalist approach, and the price level is excellent.

8 months and it's fit for the dump. Seller doesn't care.
I actually ended up buying two these, more fool me!It was comfy when I first had, hence the second purchase, but a mere 8 months later, the support under the cushion has collapsed, the cushion itself is bulging and the buttons at the back have come loose.I contacted the seller who ignored me. I live chatted with Amazon who in turn asked the seller to issue me with a return/refund. The seller closed down the request with no comment.Amazon say I must get in touch with the manufacturers. That's not how the law works, but who is the manufacturer? I'm told the details are in the listing and that they can't look for them because the order is too old. As though it isn't still listed for sale. When I tried to understand what they were saying by asking more questions Amazon said if I didn't want to ask about anything else they would end the chat. And did. I was a bit stunned as I hadn't been the slightest bit rude or impatient even, I was just trying to find out what I could do next.I have now had an email from Amazon stressing that I must report any faults within 30 days. How can I when they didn't appear in that period. Surely there must be a warranty of some description?I've seen others who have had similar complaints about the chair but have just written it off. I can't afford to do that, and why should I?
