If you are looking for a humidity/temperature sensor or low-temp alarm device accessible from your phone, this is it.It is very accurate, has per 24/week/year records, and can alert you at a certain temperature. Very nice. The device is very small, as well, and comes with an optional metal magnetic backing so you can stick it on the fridge, wall, cooler, you name it. Very convenient.It connected flawlessly to the app at first setup, and only took about 2 minutes to do both. At this price point, the quality of this sensor cannot be beat. I am looking to get one for every single room in the house, as well as both sides of the basement. It is just too cheap and too high-quality to not just get more. If you are looking for something like this to help keep humidity levels higher in the winter and lower in the summer to adjust your run times on your humidifiers and dehumidifiers, this sensor is it.Will be buying more.

I used these as a 'scientific yet non-scientific' experiment to see the temp and humidity of an enclosure. They worked great and consistently. The battery worked for about 30 days before needing replacement. The Bluetooth worked through a cast iron enclosure. Super simple. Their app is needed to download and is super intuitive - very easy to set up and use. There is no export to an email I could find so I captured app information my phone screen with a photo. It also tracks the historical temp and humidity. I can't recall how long it showed the historical information on the app. It does not save it either past the advancing date precursor. I used 3 sensors. One was placed outside near my enclosures to track the outdoor ambient temp and the other 2 inside separate cast iron enclosures. For our experiment, the humidity was the surprise bonus metric to capture!This would work great for a house crawl space! It would be readable from outside the house or from the first floor.

I got two of these so I could monitor the history with the app. Unfortunately, the app is mostly crap. Sometimes the app refuses to connect to the device. In fact, that happens almost every time and I have to sit and wait for a while for it to eventually connect. Also, when it does, the graphical chart is highly inaccurate. For example, inside the vehicle where I left one of the devices, the temperature in the vehicle never got below 80 degrees. But when I look at the graphical chart, it's showing a much wilder temperature fluctuation than what is actually real. Moreover, the humidity is all over the place. The graphical chart showing dramatic difference for something as simple as 1% difference between the two hours. It's quite poorly done.Worse, the app reminds you to update it every time there's a new update. Unfortunately, the update reminder stops the app from connecting to the devices, even if you hit cancel. So you have to manually connect them each time... else update. But what if I don't want to update? I hate updates and I hate being pestered to update things that already work well enough and I just want to be left alone.
