Cheap low flow
Installs easily enough. Has a nice even spray that feels bigger than the 1-1.5 gpm that it adjusts to. Because the holes are small expect to demineralize it once in a while (depending how hard your water is). I recommend using teflon tape on the connecting pipe and hand tightening because the input on the shower head is made of plastic. Soak in vinegar when spray holes get clogged.

Unbelievable Water Saver
This showerhead is amazing! To have an option for 1 GPM that offers a comfortable experience is phenomenal. It's NOT the most powerful stream, but that's not the point. If your goal is to make a positive impact on the environment (and can't bring yourself to simply take shorter showers), this is a very effective approach. The 1.5 GPM option is good for when a bit of extra umph is needed, but the showerhead remains in 1 GPM mode for the large majority of showers. Highly recommended!

Very nice.
This is a low-flow showerhead. If you are expecting a regular showerhead, this is not the one for you. I found the cost to be excellent, and this is easy to install. If you can screw in a lightbulb you can install this showerhead. It cuts back on our water usage, so that helps save money which I like.

Very good, but could be a little bit better
So as the other reviews state, do not expect a spa experience here. I used this shower head to replace a 1.5 gpm Delta water efficient head purchased here on Amazon for around 30 bucks. At 1.5 gpm, the Delta offers a higher pressure, higher quality shower. But the Delta can't drop down to 1.0 GPM, now can it? At 1.0 gpm, this AM showerhead "works fine". You will get clean, and not waste any extra heat or water. So it hits its target as being one of the more/most water efficient showerheads you can buy, and very cheap to boot. If I had to give it strikes, it would be the following. A) I feel like the streams could be a little tighter/narrower instead of radiating out. A more targeted stream might feel a little nicer and really allow you to "maximize" the 1.0 gpm flow. B) Durability. It feels like a cheaper showerhead, which is perfectly fine if there are no moving parts. This showerhead twists in order to toggle between modes. Things that pivot regularly will eventually fail. Though my plan is to keep it at 1.0 gpm 99% of the time, so maybe this will be a nonissue for me. c) If these needle streams had higher pressure, I think I would enjoy the lower flow more. Some people don't like high pressure, but for low flow showers, I personally feel like the help clean better and make the experience slightly more "massage-like". But I guess that is a personal preference, so take it for what its worth. But if your goal is to drop bills, be more eco/green/personally responsible, save wear and tear on your heating/plumbing, than this showerhead will accomplish that at a cost of luxury. What showerhead would Jesus choose? I think Jesus would go eco-flow fo sho.

UNLIMITED HOT WATER! YAY!
I enjoy a long and luxurious shower after a hard day at work. However, my apartments water heater only allows for about 17 minutes worth of hot water before going cold. With this 1.0 Gallon Per minute(GPM) showerhead? The Hot water NEVER runs out! Better yet, this showerhead is designed in such a way, that the pressure output and spray coverage is EXCELLENT! Most of the time i forget i'm using a LOW OUTPUT, watersaver showerhead. Ofcourse with a twist, you can change it from 1.0 GPM to 1.5GPM if you want more output. I've NEVER felt the need to do this however. The 1.0 GPM setting on it's own is PERFECT. Overall, 5 star product!

Works at first, clogs quickly, sprays in all directions.
I bought this earlier this year, and installed it three month ago. At first, I loved this low-flow shower head. It is adjustable from 1.5 gpm to 1.0 gpm, which is a great feature for RV’s or boats needing to stretch their onboard water reserves as far as possible, while extending the time between holding tank purges. I take one shower per day, four to five days per week. I often work on the road, so I‘m not home to use it more frequently. For about three months, it did a fine job, then it started clogging up and spraying in all directions, which is a nightmare in a small, booth-type shower. I have water spraying straight down, backwards, and directly out to the sides, which is unacceptable, as water sprays out into the room and onto the floor when you reach in to turn it on. Low-flow heads already don’t put out much water, so now it’s a hassle to get wet enough to lather up because this thing is putting water out every direction except center. You can stand center and it flies all around you, with only a small amount actually hitting you. Now, before you say, “Well, that’s the water’s fault, not the head’s,” let me clarify that the entire water system is brand spanking new, installed this year. New pump, pipes, fittings, tanks, valves, etc. so there is no junk or loose material that could be building up in that regard. Also, the water coming into the system is first screen filtered to catch any potential large debris, then it passes through another, finer water filter to remove excess microscopic solids before it ever reaches the shower pipes. I do understand that shower heads become clogged over time and no matter how well it is filtered, eventually there is enough buildup to have an issue, HOWEVER, three months with limited use is a product failure in my opinion. If it was a year or more, I could understand, but this I cannot. Three stars because it works great while it works and was not too expensive. Two stars deducted because it appears maintenance is going to be much more frequent than should be necessary.
