Works great in a Skeeter Vac
Works great in a Skeeter Vac, it attracts the tiger mosquitoes that the Skeeter Vac bait doesn’t attract.

Completely worthless for catching mosquitoes, and the smell is horrible
The media could not be loaded. I got the stuff to put into a Dynatrap to hopefully make it attract mosquitoes. That's because the strap does not attract mosquitoes in any fashion. The lure comes in a tightly closed package and it would be a very good idea if you make sure you didn't open this thing anywhere near your home. The smell is completely disgusting and gets on everythingI went out to sit on the patio with coffee this morning and was immediately besieged by at least 30 or 40 mosquitoes and the crowd was growing. I am fortunate in that mosquitoes congregate around me, but they do not bite me. However, this many mosquitoes are truly annoying so I decided to bring one of the traps within 10 feet of me. That's when I opened the BG Sweetscent package to add it to the trap and try it out.OMG please make it stop, please make it go away. This stuff is advertised as "mimics naturally occurring human skin cents to which mosquitoes are attracted." That might be true if mosquitoes are attracted to human corpses or people who do not regularly bathe – you know, like for weeks at a time.I decided to man up and really give this a test so I moved the mosquito trap with the lore within 3 feet of me and I put that stinking package on the chair next to me. I still have clouds of mosquitoes trying to avidly vie for my attention. But none of them are interested in either the packaging of that BG Sweetscent or the trap. I even held the trap in my lap and one mosquito made the mistake of getting too close and got sucked in by the fan. Other than that the crowds of mosquitoes flew around me but had nothing to do with the trap or the lure.Out of complete sympathy for the hard-working Amazon delivery people, and the UPS office, I am not going to return this packaging because it would stink up their entire facility. But you can rest assured I would not buy any product manufactured by this company because I clearly have considerable doubts about their product testing capabilities.

Works best but very very overpriced
I’ve tried many of these and sure enough these are like magic compared to the others but man are they insanely priced.

Powerful
After sticking this into my Mosquito Magnet, I was skeptical, this is for sure VERY expensive for just being a sachet of chemicals to attract blood-suckers, but I figured I'd already shelled out the huge amount of $$ to kill these miserable beasts... in for a penny in for a pound, I guess...After 3 days I had a huge dead ball of those Asian Tiger mosquitoes that bite all day long... I still have mosquitos biting me around my front yard, but we'll see what happens after the next couple of weeks. THe numbers of dead bughs in the trap has exploded so this attractant is definitely workingI would suggesting trying the Mosquito magnet versions first, if you can find them since this sachet doesn't exactly fit the trap very well, but I do feel that it is working well.

Do what they are supposed to, but pri$ey
These things do what they are designed to do - lure mosquitos including the Asian tigers. Just wish they didn’t cost $20 for something that only lasts 2 months.

Relief
We were inundated with Tiger mosquitoes that just wouldn't get trapped no matter what kind that we used. We couldn't go outside at all and they were getting in the house every time we opened the door. After using this at the back patio, in a few days there was a noticeable difference in the amount of mosquitoes. A month later and we can enjoy outside without too much worry over mosquitos.

Check production date on foil before opening
Opened product and expected a notable smell since it should last at least 30 days. However, the bait had almost no detectable smell from 1 foot away. Other reviewers, some that go on for paragraphs, mention a pungent scent, which I wanted for Tiger mosquito problem. Mosquito Magnet no longer produces Lurex3 and its replacement doesn't work for us. Production date on the SweetScent was 19 months ago. Like coffee, spices and cleaning wipes, age matters even if sealed well. Need fresh bait if paying $25.
